13. Delivery Policy
All products and services offered through the Atomedge website are of a digital nature, and hence delivery of purchased items shall be made available via a dedicated Download section, under the user profile of this website. Users acknowledge and understand that no physical goods are offered, or will be dispatched through traditional postage, mail or courier services.
14. Refund Policy
All requests for refunds/cancellations must be made in writing. Requests are assessed on a case by case basis. If the request is approved, Atomedge will initiate a reversal to your account or credit card in line with the method of payment. In the event of cancellation, your rights to use the content terminate, and you must delete or destroy any copies of the content.
15. Transaction Currency
All transactions are processed in US Dollars ($) at a rate which is linked to the current exchange rate, unless otherwise agreed upon.
16. General
Atomedge’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
If any provision or part thereof of these Terms of Use is wholly or partially unenforceable the parties or, in the event the parties are unable to agree, a court of competent jurisdiction, shall put in place thereof an enforceable provision or provisions, or part thereof, that as nearly as possible reflects the terms of the unenforceable provision or part thereof.
