Atomedge Anatomy 3D Models are available under 3 types** of license agreements.
Within each license type are two subtypes: for the creation of 2D content and for the creation of 3D content.
BASIC LICENSE (Non-Commercial Usage)
For use only in the creation of non-income generating content, and by/for “non-profit” organisations.
Content created may not be re-sold/presented as a monetized product, but may be published in medical journals and research platforms
May be used by in-house illustrators, animators, 3D artists, developers, content creators etc. or those who are offering a service to a 3rd party client for non-commercial usage
PROFESSIONAL LICENSE Commercial Usage (Non-resale)
For use in the creation of content that is intended to promote commercial products or services; or non-income generating content by/for “for-profit” organisations.
Content created may not be re-sold as a monetized, published product such as a book, game, software, app, online video, course, etc.
May be used by in-house illustrators, animators, 3D artists, developers, content creators etc. or those who are offering a service to a 3rd party client for commercial usage, so long as any content created does not fall within the scope listed above.
PUBLISHING / DISTRIBUTION LICENSE Commercial (Re-sale)
For use in the creation of content that is intended to be monetized; or promote commercial products or services; or non-income generating content by/for “for-profit” organisations..
Content created may be re-sold as a monetized, published product such as a book, game, software, app, online video, course, etc.
In instances where the live 3D data is sold as part of a monetized product, the 3D data must be protected (locked) and encrypted, so that no end-user can extract or re-use the 3D data for their own unrelated use.
May be used by in-house illustrators, animators, 3D artists, developers, content creators etc. or those who are offering a service to a 3rd party client for commercial usage, so long as any content created complies with above criteria.
